Unless otherwise noted, shipping charges will be added to your order during the checkout process. We will select the carrier, either U.S. priority mail or Fedex ground, for your purchase. On the order form, you may select our $4.95 flat rate ground shipping (4-7 business days for delivery), Fedex 3-day shipping (3 business days for delivery), or Fedex 2-day shipping (two business days from date order is placed, if order is placed before 12:00 p.m. MST).

Orders received by 12:00 p.m. MST will be shipped by the next business day, weekends and holidays excluded. Please note: Orders received on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. 3-Day and 2-Day express delivery times are calculated from the day of shipment, not the day the order is placed. For example, if your order is placed after 12:00 p.m. MST on Monday, it will be shipped on Tuesday; and expedited deliveries will be calculated from Tuesday.

For items with a combined shipping weight of 4 pounds or less, we can accommodate international shipping. Just complete the information requested on the order, and our system will calculate the shipping costs. If the system does not recognize your country, please email us at info@BrightFunGifts.com and, if possible, we will process your order manually. International purchases can only be sent to the address on file for the credit card being used for payment.

Occasionally we may be temporarily out of stock on certain items. If so, we will notify you by return email with an estimated shipping date. You may then choose to wait for the item you ordered, select another item, or cancel your order. For this reason, it is important to make certain you provide us with a valid email address. Otherwise, your order may be subject to cancellation.

From time to time we offer coupons to our shoppers and e-mail newsletter recipients. Coupons may not be combined. If more than one coupon is used in placing an order, we will honor the largest coupon and the others will be voided.

If any piece you order is damaged in shipping, just notify us by e-mail by clicking here or by phone at 1-888-423-7799 within 7 days and we will arrange to ship you a replacement in exchange for the damaged piece. Please save packing materials in case inspection is required. Shipping charges are not refundable.
